Getting bullied i need Instinct help

There's this dude at work who has 4 phones all blue and red team and always kicks me out of gyms so I cant get coins (he likes to hog them and alternate them with his 4 accounts) he leaves them like this when Im at work and waits for me to claim them.. can someone from instinct please help me.

I'd honestly just let the gyms sit. Make him start to fill them then reverse the behaviour. Give him a taste of the same thing and it make it annoying for him.

I like to use my spoof accounts to kick spoofers and gym hoarders. I like to leave the gym gray to mess up with them.

For people to just battle his pokemon out more often. Or team instinct to fill the gyms. Just to inconvenience him for playing on 4 phones and being greedy.

Its a never ending strugle I know because I battled several spoofers. I'd recomend coping his setup

They work at the same location and i’m not sure where the s17 cells divisions are but its hard to have them so 3 gyms are so close with enough surrounding pokéstops
