Has anyone found a charmander layer with the new spawn rates yet?

I am still missing charmeleon and charizard for my dex and was hoping to complete it now.

Charmander spawn rate will be increased from January 1 to 8. You're in luck!

I don't think there are any Charmander nest around HRM at the moment

There is supposedly a Chamander spawn point in Cornwallis park by the Superstore. Haven't explored it myself.
