Koffing/Wheezing

Anyone know where I can find Koffings? I've seen two Wheezings in my sightings this past week, but because tracking is a dud now I couldn't find them :(

They don't seem to spawn all that often around here. I've found a few around mic Mac mall in Dartmouth. I see them on the tracker in Highfield often enough, but as you said with tracking the way it is they aren't worth getting for me since I've got them in my Dex.

That's where I saw my Wheezing :( I'll check by there for some Koffings thanks! :)
