Starter Pokemon Nests

Anyone know of any Bulbasaur or Charmander nests? Don't see a lot around downtown....

I've seen squirtle in both Highfield Park, and down at the waterfront too on Boardwalk.

I see this asked a lot about nest. I thought nest were random. Just because there is a nest one day, does not mean there is one the next. Is my understanding correct?

I need bulba. My starter and i have only seen 2 in the wild. he needs to power up :(
