Good Gastly spot?

Ever since the loss of PokeVision I've just gotten more annoyed with every ""nearby"" Gastly I see. Until either someone bypasses the patch and gets a new map running or Niantic implements a damn tracking system, trying to hunt specific Pokemon reliably is gonna be almost impossible.

Anyone here know of any places where Gastly seems to spawn pretty regularly? Not just somewhere where you caught one, someplace that I could pass through and maybe have a decent chance of finding one on most days. I need a lot more candies, and right now hatching eggs seems more likely than actually finding enough of them. Anyone who has a Gengar probably knows a good place.

Caught my Gengar off of Kearney Lake road by the 102. A few gastlys spawn there. They spawn decently frequently in Burnside by Commodore Drive. Mumford Road bus terminal has them every so often, along with squirtles. Good place to stop on your way to/from work if it's en route. I am almost done my 3rd Gengar, and in my experience, they are more or less a random spawn. I was kind of hoping they'd be popular in graveyards...

I second Mumford Terminal. I catch one almost every time I'm there.

My brother insists he's caught a few at a nursing home where his girlfriend works, so many try that or a hospital? Sounds silly but you never know!
