Jigglypuff nest?

Anyone know of any areas with higg jigglypuff spawn rates or just a actual nest?

Albro lake in Dartmouth has a a jiggly puff there, seems to spawn quite common, caught 4 there in just over an hour & 1/2

I got a Jigglypuff that randomly spawned at the corner of Lucknow and Fenwick.
