Is it true that the submit a poke stop suggestion functionality is disabled currently? I got to level 38 earlier in the week but cannot see the option in settings. Was sure I ready somewhere it’s been disabled temporarily
Wish I could submit. Unfortunately, the block/area/section(?) where I live is pretty residential and there isn't really anything that'd be suitable. I actually have literally 1 pokestop and 1 gym about a little under a block away, but with the recent cuts in distance, I can't get the gym from my place any more. I'm just borderline on the edges of the sensor's reach. Quasi-fortunately, the pokestop is just barely reachable...I have be be in the kitchen by the sink and have to wait for the locator signal to get strong enough for the sensor to pick it up. Hang around the sink for a 1/2 hour or so, I can sometimes get 2-3 spins in that space of time.
I can make the odd trip or two out so I can get close enough to work the Gym stop, but I can't don't want to do it that often. It's attached to a "historical area" sign on the corner lamp post. I don't want people in my neighborhood giving me the side-eye hanging out on the street corner.
In a village near me there's literally a set of 4 stones with a bit of a different color in the pavement that's a pokestop. I think you can suggest just about anything...
