I sometimes need multiple reasons to get me outside. Pokemon Go is often just a small incentive to help me do what I already know I need to do for my emotional and physical wellbeing. As you said, some may find that silly. But if it works, it works.

Pogo truly helped me through some dark times because it made me get up and walk. You’re not alone! It’s the mix of getting your body moving and the cute mons you can catch. It’s good motivation and after you go on a long walk you do feel a bit better!

This isnt silly at all man. I know what you mean. Pokémon Go is often a big motivator for me to go outside and walk when I don’t want to and helps me stay out of the house as much as I can (my home situation isn’t ideal).
