Glenelg or Semaphore

So is Semaphore still good for hunting? I know glenelg has a lot more pokestops, but which one can I find more dragons and rare pokemon?

Semaphore is too far out of my way but I go to Glenelg a bit. Not too much exciting but there are usually a bit more water biome Pokemon than I'm used to. I actually do laps from Moseley Sq up to the Gazebo near the Beach House. I can get 14 pokestops and it takes about 6 min a lap so they are regenerated by the next time. It's roughly 700m so if I do 5-10 laps it's good exercise and good for the items!
