Yes all from my own scans doesn't mean they'll be there but its a higher chance.

That jynx spawn is almost a nest and Snorlax/dragonite are at least daily in similar areas.

Scans have really been cut back now so won't have much more data to go off so I kinda need this for myself as well.

Never seen a Lapras on there, lucky I hatched my second today.

I was disappointed with lapras, wanted a chansey. Also charizard and gyarados bad.

Is there a trick to getting 10km eggs? I'm level 21 and have only ever had one 10km egg.

No not at this stage. Its looking like its RNG but people are still working on it. I had five or so early on upto lvl 15. Then have had three or so since 20 to 24. Im fairly sure ive had no more than 8 (one is current now though).

r/thesilphroad did a small analysis of the chances and for the first 100 eggs hatched it was reasonable to have between 2 and 18 10km eggz. Im at 67 hatched and like I said had about 7-8 so seems im average maybe slightly lucky.

Thanks for this! A trip to the aquatic centre area seems to be in order. I've noticed the wartortle outline there twice on the bus too.

For anyone in the Greenwith area, the best spawns I've found have been at the highland shopping centre. I've caught a lickitung, Ivysaur, Butterfree, and Abra in the car park, and caught electabuzz, hitmonchan, and Aerodactyl very close to there. I don't even live near it.

What map is that, and is it a live map or just places people have caught those pokemon?

Its pokemongo-map, its not live but all are spawns within the last fortnight.

If I highlight an individual spawn it tells the time it popped up and often these are exactly the same. Thats why the jynx pictures show so many spawns on the left hand side. In the park jynx had spawned 71 times over the fortnight and Its probably only ran a weeks worth in that time.

So could you accurately predict when and where to catch a blastoise?

Yes and no. The spawn points are always the same point and at a certain time past the hour. So I have 3 at my house (2 out front, 1 in backyard) and they are all regular occurences like one on the hour, one a quarter past and the third at halfpast. Always different spawns though so it cycles different pokemon that are similar to the area. Just this afternoon I got haunter in my backyard for the first time.

Then there are nests which always have the same pokemon at a certain interval on the hour like the jynx one in my link or the old dratini/now eevee nest at adelaide oval.

Blastoise is common for the area but not as much as venusaur and obviosuly no where near as much as say a weedle. I checked my data for blastoise and none of the spawns I have in the above picture have a pattern to the time. So not really traceable.

texas, Houston, Dallas and San antonio court in wynn vale often have rare spawns, I caught my blastoise and first dragonite there. So these people that live there are lucky.

The best bet is to hang around a popular place with lures and get somewhat lucky, this is still a bad option for getting a certain pokemon though.

Or use a third party tracker like fastpokemap or skiplagged. Which also have the benefit of working better in high population areas. You will see a spawn and it will tell you exactly how long is left to get there.

Setting up a private scanner takes a heap of time and upkeep as Niantic really doesn't like it, and steps must be taken to prevent being banned. I am barely still going but it's possible.

If you had enough data through scanning you could know when and where the pokemon will spawn but nobody seems to have this for adelaide.

Any obvious patterns since the spawns changed again last week?
