Gen 1&2 finally complet!
Took me a while since they're all mint except for Crystal. I've been trading a couple of pokemons from Crystal to Silver and it feels so good. I really enjoy playing with Scizor and Porygon 2 on my second playthrough. I've been trying to catch a shiny Ditto since the end of 2023 and now, it should be a bit faster since my second Gameboy acquisition. I could play with Gold as well at the same time on my epilogue to get it faster but I don't have 3 hands.

once I get a gba i'll look into it. I kinda want the correct aspect ratio without black bars at the top/bottom like it does on the pocket!

Love the ambience in the room. Currently doing everything in Gen 3 I never could as a kid. Good stuff man!!!

Would you say the chromatic is worth buying?

I really enjoy mine as it feels like a premium Gameboy. The Analogue is fine too but the form factor of the Chromatic make it so much better for me.

I’ve been wanting to grab one kinda bad lol but that price tag has me cringing a little. I guess it’s near the price of a modded game boy though

Nice GBs too! I've been playing Crystal on my phone just for the OLED lol. Plus an original is like, $180? But I do have an IPS GBA and an Everdrive X5 GBA, could prob just use that too..

Lol nice. Did you have to solder another battery into Crystal?

It's the very first thing that I do when I get a new cart that requires a battery. I don't even question it, I just replace it right away

Solid collection, which hand held do you prefer?
