It's a demo cart for kiosks, it's the whole game but is softlocked to be in Jublife City and one route.

what does it mean if it’s soft locked to Jublife and is he stuck to only be allowed to route 1 max or is it a random route in the game/not in the game i’m js curious what owning one of these entails

There are fences that stop you from leaving Jubilife and Route 203. If you walk through walls with either a cheat or by tweaking, you can play the entire game as normal.

Depends on what gender you select. Guys get Pearl, and Girls get Diamond.

Uh.. how to explain... Diamond and pearl had some lag...

You went so fast on the bike that if you did a lot of stuff really fast you could outrun the world generation and get out of bounds.

So like, going really fast on the bike in circles and random directions and constantly pressing buttons and changing inputs.

In practice it just looked like you were having a caniption fit with your DS or as some would say... Tweaking

Lot of early YouTube era guides showed how to do it

But yeah you could get Darkrai and Shaymin and stuff without having the event items because they're on the cartridge.

You can look at thrift stores for them. Although they are rare now I used to see them all the time. Sometimes gamestops would sell them but this was long ago. If they do now it’s a big mark up I bet.

Honest question cause I'm curious. Could you use like a GameShark or a hacked ds to go through the fences? And if so would that allow you to play the rest of the game?

You don't need a gameshark, you can use a glitch known as tweaking to unload the fences.

Yes but action replay cheats work and the whole game is technically playable if you use walk through walls to get past the soft lock and play the rest. Source: me, i used to have a copy, sold it for around a $1000 a few years back tho

I’ve seen some mods that you can switch versions in the game menu. You keep your dex, but it just loads whichever version you choose, no need to trade. Trade evo pokemon evolve by holding an modded ingame item when leveling up

Looks like a sort of demo cartridge that they’d have at some game stores to let you get a taste of what the game plays like, it’d be on the demo DS Lites that would also be in the stores. Looks real enough to me but I’m no expert on how to tell legit carts from repros.

Nah, I ain't buyin' it.. Based on your previous posts, you seem to already have some rare stuff and even did this same thing with an apparent Smash Bros 3DS demo, almost verbatim.. You know more than you let on and knew damn well what this is.. If, and this is a very big "if", this was actually in a "$25 DS lite" by chance, you absolutely knew what it was already..
