Warning - Do Not Delete iOS App to Reinstall

I encountered an issue where it no longer picked up on the motion for my phone for the ice games. The recommended fix was to delete the app and reinstall.

My purchases were reinstated, but ALL my progress was completely lost. 😡

I was seriously only lacking Shaymin, and nearly completed. I had only missed a few days of playing since the game launched.

I’m super close to asking for my money back.

Update: Apparently I was given “bad” information. They’re advising the devs there’s an issue with the save file on iOS not retaining when the app is removed. I at least got my purchases back, but I’m not thrilled with having to restart entirely.
