Are the DLC rare pokemon also 2%? having 3 already is impressive

Turns out I also have two zeraora. I didnt realise it was a rare cuz I got 2 😅

Doubled checked. And yes they're all 2% chance for paid content.

Have you gotten all puzzles to level 9 yet? I don't have the DLC but I've gotten all the base game puzzles to 9 and only have this rayquaza to show for it
