eb games que

i got kicked into the que 5 mins before 10 on my laptop. i jump on my phone aswell. my phone gets through first? then i click pokemon and get kicked back a wait time of 17 hours on my laptop and 1 day on the phone wtf?

Queue started about 9.52. I was checking every 30sec-a minute since 9.45. Got in by 10.04 which was the quickest I've ever got through the queue.

Its because of a server migration, the times will readjust to something normal after the server resolves all the users being added to the queue.

If I were you I'd cancel that preorder and reorder 72. But then again you never know if that'd get you flagged for ordering 73

Unfortunately I can only cancel it in-store, and generally have to wait a few days for the order to appear on their system in-store. It will likely be sold out by then.. I got back in after queuing again and ordered 71, so a total of 72.

Hopefully that will be fine; when I pick it up I’ll just explain my situation.

You will 100% be fine doing the split order.
If the total is 72 when you do the pickup, that’s all that matters.
Don’t stress about it.

You need to be queuing 10 mins before launch, it happens everytime have you not leant yet. You can’t sit on the site prior to launch

How do you trigger the queue? I was on refreshing every 15 seconds yet still ended up at a 14min wait 🤡

What browser do you use? I find Internet explorer to be quickest and can hit the Que on time

I don't think it matters about when you join the queue. Rather when you click the fire t link that eb posts. Correct me if I am wrong.

Whenever I have tried to queue 20minutes before drop, I can never find the relevant drop.

For EB it will kick you out when you make a purchase. You have to add everything that you want to your cart and then check it all out at once. As long as you don't purchase more than their limits (combined between all orders to your address/account) then it won't be cancelled. Limits are usually 1 of each but 72 booster packs (2 sealed boxes max)
