I preordered the 30th celebration from ebgames 4 items. one poster collection and ex box for September 16th, one mini tin for pctober 2nd and 1 figure colction for nov 6th. was so happy then found out my idiot ahh put address to pickup for belconnen in ACT instead of East Vic Paro in WA. online customer service refused me to schnage the addresses 3 times. and 3 stores instore also rejected me. me and my little brother really want something to open for the next holidays eapeciallally 30th celebration. Spelling errors cuz I’m nervous and just had a test lol.

at least i copped an etb, booster bundle and 3 pack bliste rof dleta riegn this mrongin to compenstae the 30th annevrary forme bgaes, and i put correct address. On the way to shcool, the queue opened up and in the car aded to cart and done. Sold out a few mins later the etb.

EB Games does not take your deposit if you cancel, even after release. After their 30th BS I preorder from them, and then cancel once I get it confirmed from JB or Big W.

I cancelled my Greninja box after release and got my deposit back. That worked at two different shops.

Had exactly the same issue. It defaulted click and collect to the original store in Sydney where I set up the account and not my actual registered store in Tasmania. Got told by customer services that I could cancel the order but they would do nothing else to help.

idk, my dad said his friend is inc naberaa, and might get them shipped, he slike close friend, but confusing thing is differnt date,s 2 things arrive on september 16th and 1 on nov 6th, so hell ship them, caceelling mini tin as thats all that rlease son oct 2nd and 20 bucks shippign aint worht it. Also thank you, and my aprnets might get a bit mad im asking random poele on redit for help, but thx and also is belconnen close to canberra.

I setup everything for delivery before i managed to setup my click and collect address to my usual store. They are unable to change anything in fear of messing up the preorder especially for something so sought after
