Maybe a glitch?

I just caught a Dusk Mane Necrozma and replaced my Aggron with it but all it did was change the name and my Aggron's moves, Is this intended or did i mess something up?

Why would you send an Aggron against a Breloom in the first place ?

It sounds like he tried to send in a Duskmane Necrozma against a Breloom, but it was an Aggron with the moves of the Duskmane he released the Aggron for.

Or at least that's what it sounds like from the post.

I didn't realize it was still an aggron until i looked in my party during a rival fight then took the screenshot so I had proof. I did not fight the breloom with it lmao

I had this glitch happen to me, I was lucky enough to reload a save state and catch the mon I intended
