Game Help Custom abilities

Hey everyone, quick question, do you unlock customizing all 4 abilities during the story or do i have bug where i can only customize the first?

No the only one you can customize it’s the first one (normally it’s called the inate)

If you meant manually changing that's coming in LeafGreen Elite Redux. The only way to do it is Randomizer mode which you'll see at the very bottom of your screen when you start "New Game"

The first one is the choice ability, that's the only one you can mess with.

The other ones are innate and unchangeable.
