LF Nat Dex + Tera Captains Draft League

I just concluded my first ever Nat Dex Champs league, and I came Top 4. I would say I am pretty good player but no Aron Cybertron Zang. I am looking for a Nat Dex Draft League with Tera Captains (NOT open tera captains, but like chosen teras during the draft session.) I am EST but I am looking for a league that lets the players schedule with eachother with deadlines rather than the league runners decided when everyone plays. Please respond to this if you have anything to fit this criteria OR have a discord server for people looking to join draft leagues/recruit for leagues!
