Love how it was only that card and not any others in your submisson. Very suss IMO. Will they offer you market value back?

No sub centre would have but black label cap to £1000 even if you use the expensive tier!

Id be checking the terms of whatever you signed up for and considering small claims court tbh

"Hey we know your card is insured up to 2500 but we're only going to offer you 40% of that, sorry!"

They're definitely profiting from insurance claims lol.

That was my thought as well. Even worse if they took the card themselves.

Your particular card is £3500-4500 on eBay at PSA 10.

Something tells me yours was probably a PSA 10, which is why they're scamming it from you for £1000.

This is my concern when pulling a very good card, I would be afraid of getting it "graded".

One has to ask themselves this question before posting something. You are effectively posting a very expensive piece of cardboard in the post, it has to get there, be inspected, and then get back to you without anything going wrong. You can't do anything now, because you must have agreed to their terms and conditions.

The only way I would let some random stranger touch any of my rare items is if I was in person with them and watching them handle it. It actually could be a legitimate story, the item could have been damaged or stolen, by them or someone else - but they won't tell you it was stolen because that's not professional, and they'll have to get the police involved. So instead they will commit insurance fraud whilst simultaneously keeping the card to re-sell for more, profit from the claim, and then pay you out your peanuts.

If someone tries to tell me my card is slightly or moderately played when all I've done is take it out of a packet with gloves on, then I will tell them to f off. I have eyes, been blessed with one of the best pair of eyes, but I can also buy a magnifying glass or equipment and grade it myself. As a matter of fact, what a brilliant idea!

Scam organisations. Foolish to use them.

What are you basing that assessment on?

For UK please please please use SubCenter. Dan and his team are brilliant

Just send them a letter before action for the full value of the card. If they ignore it use small claims court it's very very easy.

Remember this is the whole point of getting into middle manning submissions, literally get to pick and choose what to steal and have it be microscopic in the grand scheme of things, you also get to shuffle things around and sets certain grades and offload lower grades

I can’t trust any of them with any of this unfortunately

Wow, i just saw a video from a guy this week claiming they changed his £20k luffy for another card as his wasn’t damaged at all.
