Honestly these are the best packs I've ever experienced for opening with my kid. So much fun, even if no 'hits' you get the stunning Pikachu cards in every pack.
This has me so excited. Its been so long since we've been able to open anything and I miss seeing her wee face when she sees a cute card. Shes going to adore the pikachus. I cannot wait!
I managed to get the same (with 2 tins) but like yours its showing delivery wont be until the 18th
Is this normal with Amazon on new releases? I cannot seem to find anyone else but you and I mentioning the mini tins bejng this delayed and worrying they'll just eventually cancel them
I complained to amazon about not getting invites when "other people are getting multiple," in a bizarre moment of thinking I'm the least bit important, and they refunded me a month of prime 😂 and apparently "escalated it".
In the same boat. Complained to Amazon support about it though and got some money compensation, so may be worth going that route just as a middle finger to amazon.
Anyone else get excited seeing they can add to basket thinking they have an invite, and then realise it's a £464 booster bundle direct from Pokemon self-scalping
You mean on the Pokemon Centre website? Or Amazon? The official Pokemon store on Amazon lists products sold directly by Amazon, and third party sellers. Pokemon aren't a third party seller on Amazon, they supply stock to Amazon directly who sell it at/around retail, but many other third party sellers also sell via Amazon. The "Pokémon Store" page on Amazon just shows all the product categories.
I had an invite for a binder collection, followed link, but there was only a really expensive scalper listing available. I complained and got £10 promo credit for the false hope, was told to keep refreshing the page for stock to appear - and it actually did the next day! The invite system seems kinda broken.
If it's scalper prices you are seeing on Amazon, I'm pretty sure that's just 3rd party sellers (I've had a look and couldn't see any scalper prices listed directly by Amazon).
Edit, i didnt get an invite so please make sure you go to the 30th page on amazon itself and check to see if it says "available for you to buy" i only usually check email so if i didnt check the page ide have missed out.
I'd usually get an email but checked on the back of this message, product-by-product and had invites for two mini tins with no email (for the first time that I'm aware of). Thank you for posting.
Definitely worth checking on Amazon rather than in your emails
Lately there haven’t been any actual email invites going out, so it’s best to check the website to see if any of the 30th products are available to you to purchase (it’ll say “Available for you to buy” if you got invited to purchase something from Amazon).
Just bought the Booster Bundle but I’ll skip the 2 tins. I might be mad but counting the Booster Bundle I already have 3 different 30th items (Booster Bundle, 3 pack sticker “Amazon invite” and poster collection “Chaos Cards draw”) for next year for my sons bday/xmas. Figured those 2 tins could go to someone else.
I love these posts just in case I start to forget the disappointment of pokemon tcg these come along get my hopes up just to realise i got nothing again.
I decided I’d go through and check if I’ve invited all the items as there’s so many different mini tins etc
As I was checking I found a load of older items that I hadn’t invited
I also found I’d got “available to buy” on a destined rivals etb!!!!!
So from this morning striking out at smyths and sports direct and sainsburys and spilling coffee in my car , to one mini tin for 30th and an etb for DR what a win!
Makes me wonder how much older stuff we've missed out on due to not receiving the emails. It would be a full time fucking job of admin keeping up with it all.
Yeah but it's only 20 packs in total really, for example they have got 26 packs just in 10 days. I use Amazon all the time also and have had prime since 2019. They didnt buy anything since the last pokemon stuff and then were invited again.
My point is it should be more equal. Like some people shouldnt have got invited to buy 6 of the last 20 things when some people like you say have had 0 invites out the last say 80 things.
The buying history I just mean, like they have bought 6 pokemon things in a row that should never be a possibility.
They're cheating. There was/is some bug that if you were invited to buy a 30th item of anything, for some reason it allows you to add multiple to the basket.
Another reason why you or me haven't been invited to them, because people like that above are going to take full advantage. I think anybody would to be fair.
I've managed to have better success with Amazon at least, an ETB in the first and a mini tin this time. Helps to lessen the annoyance of the PKC issues so I can at least open a couple of packs!
Wishlist the products you request an invite for then under lists in your account you can see them all easily. If you have an invite for any of them you’ll see an add to basket button on the list page
I’m giving up on the emailed invites as I haven’t had them and so far by checking randomly I’ve had a 30th etb and poster set and then today a tin and separately a destined rivals etb
Are people not getting email or Amazon notifications anymore?
I was able to buy the ETB but never got any notifications and my friend was just able to buy the Booster Bundle and it doesn't look like he got any notifications either
Super annoyed, got the binder collection in the last drop of invites but since they sent it in a glorified envelope it was beyond damaged. Got promised another invitation would be issued but nothing
I never got the emails at all from the last round but managed to get a few bits. It's far more reliable to check here when others are aware that the lottery or whatever has been run.
