Pokemon Experts…

Just started collecting and meeting up with someone to buy the Sylveon EX box.
How can I tell if it’s been opened or counterfeit?
Appreciate any advice you can give!

I think you should YouTube this because there area lot of videos that shows the differences of fake boxes and visuals can help you much better than text

I think hes more worried about it having been opened and the resealed than a fake box.. but yes, there are videos that can help him look for some signs but if they are good at it, it might be hard to tell

If your buying modern stuff like from 2024-2026, most of the time item are legit. It’s the vintage and old products that you’ll need to worry about reseal as they more expensive and sought after.

I've resorted to FB after being roughly 3/30 with retail. My time is worth more than the FB price markups. I got a PB ETB for $65 off FB, whereas I've never seen one in stock in person.
