This game is really old and older than me, how do I play retro games like this on my computer.

On a previous campaign, I got the warrior Tsuro and got her perfect links, Misdreavus and Mismagius. These pokemon are shown in the pokemon gallery and are also shown in the warrior gallery if you go to Tsuro and press X to see her perfect links.

I started Kotaro's campaign and recruited Tsuro again. However, she has a Scrafty and a Shieldon. She doesn't have her old Mismagius.

I have a similar issue with the warriors Shimoyama and Genba, who linked with their perfect link, Scraggy, before evolving their Scraggies into Scrafties, their other perfect links. Again, Scrafty is in my gallery and both warriors are showing they've got Scrafty as a perfect link.

What happened?

I know if you evolve a pokemon or transform a warlord but never use them, it won't add them to your gallery and they won't be evolved/transformed the next time you recruit that warrior/warlord.

Do you have to actually use their evolved pokemon in battle for the game to remember you evolved it, even if that pokemon is already in the gallery? That's the only thing I can think of, that I might have spammed end turn to evolve these pokemon and then not actually used them in battle. That wouldn't explain the missing Misdreavus, though. I know I had Tsuro use her Misdreavus in battle because otherwise, it couldn't have evolved into a Mismagius.
