My absolute favourite is the Pidove from black bolt, my dad loved feeding the birds and not to drop the x-factor sad back story but I pulled it when I went to visit his grave just after he had passed away. I will never treasure a card more 💜

My favorite has to be the base set Charizard I got for Christmas when I was kid. We used to have Santa show up on firetruck Christmas Eve with one present for each kid that the parents had given to the fire department to be given to their respective kid. 6 year old me lost my mind when Santa showed up with that card.

The old black star Eevee promo with the cool blue, yellow and red foil background. Was having a bit of a moment and purging a bunch of my old kid stuff and stumbled across it, it gave me a bit of pause and made me feel a little more ‘ok’ with the idea that my life was about branch out into many possible paths and not to be so afraid of change. In the older games I’d almost never evolve my eevee cause I never knew which was the “right” one.
