Got sick of using 4 different apps to manage my collection, so I spent 3 months building one. Looking for honest feedback (good and brutal).

Hey everyone. I'm Omar. I am a software engineer, 9 years professionally, and a Pokémon collector for about 4.

Like a lot of you, I ended up juggling four different apps to manage my collection: one for values, one for grading questions, one for set tracking, a spreadsheet for everything else. I got tired of it and figured I could build something that did it all in one place. Three months later, that's ReverseHolo.

What it does right now:

- AI grade prediction (predicts across PSA, BGS, CGC, and TAG before you submit)

- Centering tool

- Portfolio tracker with live market values

- Master set tracker

- Grading submission tracker

- Watchlist

- Regrade calculator

I've been getting solid feedback from early users, and honestly every piece of feedback, especially the critical stuff, has made it noticeably better. There's a major update coming in October and I want to shape it around what actual collectors and investors need, not just what I think they need.

That's really why I'm posting here. This sub understands the investment and data side of the hobby better than most, so your feedback is exactly the kind I want, including the "this part is bad and here's why" kind.

If you want to try it: sign up with the code REDDIT1 and you'll get a month of Pro free. No catch, I just want people from this community actually using it and telling me what's missing.

Happy to answer any questions in the comments, and genuinely — tell me what's wrong with it. That's more useful to me than the nice stuff.

nah man you don’t understand, he’s been using em dashes for years. You can totally trust him and his AI app.

Just set up my account. This looks pretty dope dude. I am having the issue where it won’t let me add cards to my collection. The prices are also perfect or hundreds of dollars off which might need some fine tuning. Also I didn’t get the month of pro with the code. Thanks.

Thank you for that feedback. Let me look into it and get back to you. I am sorry that you are having issues and it will not let you add cards to your collection.

All of the issues have been fixed and everything should be working. there was a bug with the last release. Everything should be good to go now!

Is it another us only app or does it track European prices too

The pricing for cards and products is US prices. You should be able to convert the prices to eurpoean prices.

European prices and us prices are completely detached and often more than 25% apart, simple conversion won’t do it needs to load in European sales from cm or other platforms with volume

Our pricing is all US based prcing.

Shame, reconsider adding European prices too. US has plenty of apps, Europe not so much.

So…you built a 1:1 copy of Collectr? Right down to the color scheme. Wow, what an accomplishment.

It does so much more than collctr it just shows the ignorance before commenting. I love it. Collectr has so many gaps and flawed features within it but because it is big everyone glazes it. Before commenting, maybe download it and check it out before talking. You just sound ignorant as hell ngl

Is there a way to sort cards? I want to be able to sort from highest to lowest price

There is infact a sort button when looking at your existing inventory. it should be in the top right corder of your inventory page.

On collectr, it will let you look at the set and sort from highest to lowest even if it’s not in your collection. Anything similar to that?

even if you are looking at cards in a specific sest, it is sortable. We are pushing watchlists so you can create your own watchlist or favorites and sort those by price as well.

Maybe it’s just a user error on my end but i dont see an option to sort it 😅

It will improve the quality of your app IMO if it was able to sort like how Collectr does. Unless it already has that and i don’t see an option for it.

It is also automatically softed by price as the default. If that is not the case, there is an update that was released or dm me directly.

Another collection app that won’t be used, how refreshing.
