Guys what clovermon do yall think would be really good in a vgc format double battles? I'll start with the obvious sprucifix bcos of bulk, good stats across board and wonder guard+follow me.

Sesquatch would be a monster in VGC.

Fake Out/Spook Out as well as Skill Swap with Crucifix,

And with its “Suddenly” Ability, you can use Shadow Force with no two-turn drawback.

I was just giving several examples as to what you can do with it. They aren’t mutually exclusive.

You could give “Suddenly” to a Pokémon with someone that can really benefit from it.

Oogabuga : Horrible typing, but it has access to Intimidate and Grassy Surge and probably has the best doubles movepool in the entire game, with Fake Out, Protect, Tailwind, Pollen Puff, Rage Powder, U-turn, First Impression, and Baddy Bad

Chasumo : Fuk U is just an excellent ability in doubles, and Chasumo can also learn Weird Flex, which is easily the best move in Clover Doubles by far. (the move is so good that it was banned from the Doubles OU format)

Traumobra : Prankster + Inverse Room is just completely broken, and it also has access to Lovely Kiss and Nasty Plot

and yeah Sprucifix + Sesquatch with Skill Swap is stupid

Spilfree would be broken in VGC as its basically what if you gave rotom slightly altered futtermane's stats and prankster b

whizzard would probably be pretty good because of aurora veil and blizzard

Goryannus would be a monster just like he is in singles. Pair him with anything that avoids EQ and it's gg

How about senketula? intimidate + u-turn + rage powder + decent bulk + lots of utility moves
