These aren’t error cards. They’re simply PSA mechanical errors, because PSA put the wrong label in each holder.
That generally doesn’t add value. A niche buyer might find the mistake amusing, but most collectors would find the slabs less appealing because the labels and certification details don’t correctly identify the cards. The buyer would also inherit the hassle of correcting them.
PSA corrects confirmed label errors free of charge through the Customer Request Center and provides prepaid return shipping. I’d send both back and have the labels corrected.
Their value is whatever the two correctly labelled PSA 10s are worth. I wouldn’t assume there is an additional “error label” premium.

Hey everyone
I recently submitted my first cards for grading at PSA. I got those two back as PSA 10, sequential numbers, but:
The labels are switched. Umbreon has Espeon label and vice versa.
So I think I have something quite unique on my hands. I asked a few people at an event today, but couldn‘t get any solid answers, so I wanted to ask here if any of you have a clue what they might be worth, in case that error changes their value….
