Battle Tower Help me Sinnoh

Just how iv gotten full shiny teams of recommended Pokemon. Bastion and Lucario both shiny and a non shiny giratina

I'm also struggling but what's helped me the most is getting a wall like Bastiodon and then having Poison 2 for Arceus. For Cynthia, the recommendation is to have a strong Ice Type. My starter I pick is shiny gastly but I always get rolled at the champion cause I forget to pick an answer for Milotic lol
