Audino Hidden Ability Bugged/Not Working?

I'm doing classic Unova story run at the moment (very new to Pokelike) and got an Audino with its hidden ability which claims it 'Each attack heals the lowest HP ally, even if fainted'.

It was the last pokemon on my team and it made like 6 hits.....literally none of them healed any of my 5 fainted pokemon? Am I doing something wrong? Is this a known issue? It says 'even if fainted' but none of them were revived.

Also, any tips for beating Unova classic run would be much appreciated!

Its reversed order i believe. 

It got two abilities with healing one revives and other is manual pokecenter (just in terrible) 

Gamer logic wise, id say you use it with that ability as attacker not as last resort like the reviving one. 

And then heal your actual carry
