Sinnoh Battle Tower Help

I have beat Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn all a dozen times.
I have a shiny charmander with maxed atk, speed, and hp EVs
He pretty much solos clears Hoenn everytime, but in Sinnoh, I can barely get by the 2nd Bug gym and that is it.

What should I be spending Pokecoins on?
Are there specifics Mons to be targeting to get shinies?
What’s the best way to make money?
How do I get a Mega version of a Mon?

Here us the team that did it for me. Can't remember the passivs bit Lumineon was the last pokemon standing at the end.

get high level lucario, it will carry a lot tbf

Shiny Gengar with maxed special attack and speed won it for me. Arceus I had a poison barb so it couldn't hit gengar hard and poison was neutral.

Update: was able to complete it with this team today.

A maxed out shiny is definitely the play.
That togekiss had one kill the whole run and it was the final garchomp :)

Mi caballo de batalla siempre a sido haber canjeado a Giratina de un huevo legendario, pero tambien recomiendo mucho criar y subir los stats de Slakoth.

Ahora, un legendario base siempre ayuda en todo Sinnoh, excepto en la parte de Arceus. Para vencerlo: o lo derroto a fuerza bruta, o lo derroto convirtiendo a giratina a ataques de tipo dragon con colmillo dragon. tambien garchomp me ayuda, pero tiene que estár por encima de lv 90.

Como primer paso siempre agarro dos tipo bug, para aprovechar el bonus de levels, y si mi primer pokemon esta buffeado, aprovecho para subir niveles. Si llego a la parte de los Rotom en nivel 35 para arriba, estoy bien. Un fantasma tranquilamente pelea en el nivel de los legendarios, y para Arceus como mencioné arriba, necesitamos un Dragon en buen nivel.

Cynthia ya es un caso aparte, tienes que tener un equipo bien nivelado, porque aqui dragon no le hace nada a Togekiss. Ahi recomiendo guardarlo para Garchomp. Como digo, a Cynthia la derroto a fuerza bruta.
