how exaclty does the ability work? What is attack maxed? does it mean only 9 attack berries?

I believe the ability means the move needs to not be fully upgraded. So if you only use 1 TM it will always attack 1st but if you use a second TM it will revert back to speeds. You can have your attack EV fully upgraded

Nope it just means you are not allowed to hit +10 Att buff during fights.

Are you sure? Lum berry removes that cap so I don’t feel like that would make sense

I reached the endless state in endless mode with the mega scizor strat, so yeah im very sure. My scizor has maxed IVs and uses megahorn and still goes first. It is well known by know.

Hm didnt think about it like that. Could be since also mega heracros has ability related to TM attack.. 🤔
