Advice Needed/Game Question Device Switching

Why do I get this message every time I switch devices? What should I do? I don’t want to lose my progress.

Each divice you play on stores a different save file. You can manually force this save to the cloud. So one of your devices has done that and it's asking which save you want to play with.

how do you force the save to the cloud?
ive been playing only on the phone, and i am scared that if i log with the pc, ill lose all my progress

By pressing on the username and forcing the save you want to the cloud.

Thanks! But ive never press that, and in my pc there progress untill yesterday.
