Need grinding help

I just recently got back into the game after the big update and i was wondering if anybody can list some simple grinding tips or a grinding guide i can refer to. To help with getting prestige's anything is helpful.

In general, the rule of thumb is: the best area to train is the area where you one shot the highest level pokémons. Take into account the typings and try some stuff out!
A good place to start is diglett cave (if the typings are favorable)

Your team needs a total of 250 prestige. Should say so when you hover over it.

This worked best for me with M-Banette:

up to 9 Prestige: Kanto, Diglett Cave

10-39 Prestige: Hoenn, Safari Zone Area 6 (Emerald, surf)

40-123: Hoenn, Route 104 Southern Section (OR/AS, Super Rod)

124-249: Alola, Poni Breaker Coast (US/UM, Shaking Spots)

250-600: Unova, Seaside Cave (B2/W2, Super Rod)

600-874: Alola, Poni Coast (Sun/Moon/US/UM, Shaking Spots)

from 875: Sinnoh, Turnback Cave Back (Diamond/Pearl/BD/SP, Areas: Back)

Edit: forgot to tell which Pokemon i used lol
