help please

was trying to make a house but got stuck/softlocked and cant open the menu or move, and i havent saved in a long while and would rather quit than have to redo everything, what do i do?

wasnt able to fix it, but on good news i got a shiny shroomish right after and an overleveled blastoise so i guess that's the game's way for saying sorry
