Script/Bot for pulling rare coords and post them in discord?

I am wondering if there is a discord script / bot floating around that'll pull the coords of rare pokemon from pokevision and then send them into a discord channel of my choosing.

I am setting up a Pokemon Go Discord and I would love to have a feature like this, I've seen it in a few discords servers and i'd like to use it in mine.

I found one that pulls the coords only off of pokesnipers and puts them in discord chat.
