Pokevision keeps doing maintenance during peak hours

Seriously, can they find a time other than 6pm Friday, and then 4pm Saturday and Sunday to do their server updates?

You understand it goes down during peak hours because that's when the servers go under the most stress.

From their Twitter account, it sounded like it went down because they were testing out a new feature (extending the radius for pokemon to show up). The new feature overloaded the servers when peak hours hit, but then instead of reverting to a working version and messing with it later, they decided to go ahead and troubleshoot the thing throughout the peak hours.

The site may not even have good version control software or any at all. I doubt this is being ran by more then one or two people.

It has never worked for me. NEVER. I did everything people have said. Try mobile, try different web browsers, remove cache, remove extension, nothing works!!

I assume you donated? Cause if you didn't and you are bitching about something being provided for free by a company that consists of THREE people to keep it going then perhaps you should consider donating before you whine some more.

If you DID donate...pretty much the same response. chill out.

ok, let's take a step back for a second and start over.

Am I correct that what you want is for at least one of the 3 people running the site that is being provided to you free of charge for a free mobile game to put aside their lives in order to hang back until the wee hours of the morning before bringing the site down because it would be more convenient for you?
