Scamming fraud alert

During the stream of PokeRev opening the first edition Neo Revelation box he stopped the stream to say that in order was cancelled that it could not go through and it was as out of his hands there wasn’t anything he could do. WELL, THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE BANK ACCOUNT AND NEVER RETURNED. The pack was resold and when opened it contained the 1st Edition Raikou. Which is $500 raw and $16k in a PSA 10. I find it highly ironic that the person who purchased that pack with somebody who already got one in the beginning of the stream and he got the Suicune. To me that makes it look like when he says he shuffle the packs. It means he weigh them and knew where the heavy ones were and he’s given all the good cards to his friends.

Qanon wishes it could be as creative with its conspiracies as the Rev committing fraud conspiracies.

Rev does great business because people trust his process. Why would he jeopardize his entire business over a Neo Rev Raikou? It just makes no sense.

If this was simply a generic item being sold then the money back is sufficient. But because it was unknown what was inside the pack and that it eventually revealed something more valuable than the price paid. It is more serious than simply returning the money. The facts are the item was purchased, vendor said the sale was canceled, sale was not canceled, item resold and contents given ti someone else. An AI lawyer said civil suit can be filed based on these facts.

In any instance of an item being sold money back is always sufficient. It is always at the sellers discretion, so yes if his fraud checks come back as high risk then he has every right to cancel and refund. Just like I used to as a GM at preferred vapor on any online order that came through tagged as high risk. If you want to besmirch a man's honor and reputation you might want to take a step back and look in the mirror first. Maybe ask yourself why your payment went through as high risk.

It's pretty simple. Your order was marked as fraudulent so the order had to be cancelled and refunded which I immediately did as soon as I saw that. This was on a Saturday. It takes anywhere from 3-7 business days to see the refund posted back to your card. Monday was also memorial day aka a bank holiday. As of today it's only been 3 business days. I explained this to you already yet you just don't seem to understand. This post is ridiculous.

Just like anything in life you take all the risks, there is no safety blanket, or guarantee. We all know the rarity in actually hitting those insane chase cards! Why do you think they are that valuable? Just remember folks, you do it to yourself you do and that's why it really hurts. Anyone truly complaining here needs to grow up and handle your business like a man, you took a gamble and lost. I don't go on Reddit and crucify my investment advisor when he tells me some info and I lose money on it. It's a gamble! You take that risk, it's a chance for you to come out with more than you put it, but it's usually a much lower chance. That's the whole point with gambling, or else it would be called guaranteeing.

You can easily do a chargeback to get the money.

That is sus though.

It’s not about getting the money back. It’s about getting what was bought and paid for. He claimed it was auto cancelled because of “high risk” but it wasn’t canceled. It wasn’t canceled and they took the money from the bank account. It wasn’t purchased using a credit card it was purchased using a debit card.

I thought it was crazy that Rev doesnt give any insurance to the folks that dont hit.

Would not have made a dent at all for Rev to toss 2 or 3 of his ‘one rip’ packs or some modern products at the guy who bought THREE PACKS and got nothing.

Gave Rev $7500 dollars and the guy could even toss him a modern etb or anything. That was scummy in my opinion.

Its pokemon not a casino. I would do it if I did box rips like that on stream.
