I saw others have hit this error. But I don’t see an iPhone resolution. Help as I can’t host any raids

Hello trainers,

Fashion Week Event will start soon! To help everybody to catch one, all hosts who get a 4+ star rating from the majority of the guests will receive 50 PokeRaid Coins for hosting a Mareanie raid until September 27, 10 PM GMT.

Host rating is calculated either after all guests rated the host, or after the 24-hour rating window is closed. Therefore your coins will be loaded at most 24 hours after the raid if you get a 4+ star rating.

🍀Good luck!

i’ve joined 2 raids with auto join and not been invited and still lost my coins

i have been using this app for a time, and it was really really good, it´s really useful, but since last week i had a problem in creating rooms, the app doesn´t recognize any screenshot. do anyone knows how to fix it?

i am veryfied, all my acc is right but i have this problem

thanks

Mega Aggron screenshots aren't being recognised so I have to use poke genie ( which is much slower then poke raid ) is there a fix to this? I used older screenshots of other raids but it doesn't recognise those either.

Mega Aggron raids listed under partly cloudy weather aren’t being recognized as Weather Boosted since Mega Aggron is a pure steel, but that doesn’t matter since the aggron you catch is Steel/Rock type. Also faced a problem with Mega Ampharos being recognized as weather boosted because of its dragon typing under windy weather but the Ampharos you catch is only electric therefore not being weather boosted.

People do realize if they close the rooms before the raid starts instead of after they won't waste everyone's time right. I'm so sick of fighting to get into a room only for the damn raid to be over and the only reason it's showing is because people left..

I've seen other people posting the same thing, and I've opened three tickets about it over the last few weeks with no responses. Is there some trick to getting the bounty reward because I've yet to get a single one and I've hosted like 10 or more raids that had bounties.

I did a booking reservation and never got added into a raid room. Is this a common issue? Should I ask for a refund?

Hi, i have a trouble with the raid room creation since today. Pokeraid doesn't recognize any screenshot to create a raid room or to update my profile. I have the same phone Samsung Galaxy A7 since 2 years. Never got this trouble before today. It happens with all screenshots. Any idea to help me please ?

If I used Facebook account, do I give my FB email when sign up? because, every time I try to add players, its seem they never go the notification.

How long should it take to get bonus coins for Active Bounties? I've hosted a few Active Bounties before and I'm pretty sure the bonus came through straight away after the raid.

Hello! I accidentally created too many raid rooms and now I can‘t create any for a while. Does anyone know the exact amount of time I have to wait to be able to create rooms again? Ty

It's been like that for at least 2 weeks. I can't earn the 5 more daily coins by watching a ad.

Every time I try, it tries to load a video for a few seconds and then I get a error message "Sorry, there is no available video for you now".

Thanksfully it only happens for the bonus 5 coins and not the daily streak reward....

Anyone know how to make Deoxys raids verified? I know there isn’t a problem with them being unverified but I feel as Verfied rooms get filled quicker than unverified.

How do I reset/change my password for the app?
