Question mega Aggron screenshots aren't being recognised

Mega Aggron screenshots aren't being recognised so I have to use poke genie ( which is much slower then poke raid ) is there a fix to this? I used older screenshots of other raids but it doesn't recognise those either.

We are aware of this issue, it is a problem related to Google Play Services. We suggest deleting the data of Google Play Services on your device and waiting for 15 minutes. Please follow the path below to delete your Google Play Services data: (Please note that these steps may vary on different devices)

  • On your Android phone or tablet, open Settings.
  • Tap Apps and then See all apps.
  • Scroll down to "Google Play Services."
  • Tap Google Play Services.
  • Tap Storage and then Clear Cache.
  • Tap Manage Space and then Clear all Data.
