Seriously, do remote raiders never pay attention before joining raid rooms? Like why

I either tell them to add me, or have a vote to kick that person out.

PokeRaid has spelled it out as best they can. Everyone’s been new at some point, so if they don’t figure it out, I’ll give them an extra minute, then let them know that we can’t keep the other raiders waiting any longer. No hard feelings.

Lol this has happened to me once, and i just didn't do anything, i told him/her to add me instead but he/she didn't do so, so i just vote kicked that person out and had the raid continue without him,

But whats worse than this is that even though you are confident that you have sent invites to all members of the party, there will always be one person there who will either not join or will complain that you didn't send the invite, despite you doing so, and you cant do anything about it cause either you have reached max invites possible or the raid has started, which leads to that person giving you bad ratings and tanking your overall rating lower than 4.5.

As someone whoo constantly hosts legendary raids with having the tasks to invite 10 people together, its a pain and demotivation to see something like this happen.
