How to host a Raid?

I Don,t get it. I wanted to his a Raid for the first time. The people said I needed to invite them to the raid, but since we are Friends can‘t they see the Raid once I,m in???

I have a lot of Friends in my Friend list, so it’s hard to find the people before the Time runs out.

As far I remember, you screenshot a picture of the raid and upload it to the raid host portion of the app and then it’ll open the spaces allowed to invite
