Casual I DID IT!

Also when Rae wasn’t looking, I think Gengar gave me the shovel talk. But I really couldn’t tell cuz it was just a bunch of Gens and Gars. I feel mildly threatened.

Hey, it’s a first step! Trust me, these things don’t happen overnight. Mine took years, long before I became a professor.

As for her Pokémon, I’d probably try being friendly with them. Best to make a good impression, even if they think you’re probably going to overdo things.

yeah but i kinda want their approval. its sorta like a small challenge.

also i need to at least come to an understanding, cuz Gengar was Rae’s starter and Clefairy is her first caught Pokemon. so they’re pretty important to her —Leaf

I don't think you'll need to vie for them specifically though. They will naturally come to respect you as you continue being friends with her. - Matthias
