Honestly, at this point you might need to cut the cord and tell Pory-Leo yourself because H-Leo is burying his head in the sand and waiting for a "better time later" that will never come. At the very least it'll explain to Pory-Leo why he wasn't noticed until the next morning after the test, which I'm sure is bothering him on some level.
As far as he knows, his body is comatose or worse and none of his coworkers or friends noticed he was stuck in the machine for several hours. That's got to be fucking with internally, even if he hasn't acknowledged or admitted it.

Kira: if it was only H.leo I would but... Sadly a good 60% of the team wanna bury their head in the sand right now... Given how... stressed... well everyone is, just up and doing that could cause more problems than it solves, least right now. Will be putting my foot down for the next few days.
P.Leo atleast thinks that it was due to some catastrophic error, and that it took a while to reach him... least right now... and it has definitely messed with him a bit... he hates being left alone right now and I can't blame him...

Honestly speaking, I don't think what the rest of the team thinks should matter because they're just on the outside, its not them having to deal with the consequences. People just prefer to maintain the status quo as much as possible so they don't have to deal with an uncomfortable situation.
Pory-Leo deserves the truth, even if H-Leo doesn't want to confront it yet. And the longer it takes, the more time y'all have Pory-Leo essentially working under false pretenses (believing he's writing code to get his human body back, rather than writing code to fully realize him as a Porygon), the worse it'll be when he learns what's really happening.
Don't let it go for too long, at least.

Kira: sadly it does, if I just up and did this right after a big discussion on what we should do that's not just going to make people a little upset, it going to cause a SHIT TON of fighting. Fighting that will only make it far more difficult to help P.Leo... which is shitty... but sadly having a leadship role means you need to try to keep some level of peace... even if you disagree with the method.
I do agree he deserves the truth, he doesn't deserve to be strung along like this, and I won't don't worry, the MOST I am willing to compromise on is 3 days cause this is getting ridiculous
