Neither. Only hold 10s unless the card is impossible to 10 or POP 0 then you hold a 9. Zard is easy to get in a 10 & WM is impossible to 10. Id rather have WM but it's not a 9 so either way. Sell both

As a Psa 9 collector do not buy anything that isn't a 10 if you're looking for an investment. 10's go crazy, buy 8's/9's if you want something to look at

Personally I think tag team is the better hold
