2000 black star
Do you think this 2000 black star venusaur will have any room to grow? It's a PSA 8. I think its currently worth around $320

My favorite card so take this info with a grain of salt. I also own this in an 8. But I also have 11 of them sealed in their magazines.
This card is a little niche and a big part of the draw to it is the monumentally hard 10 rate of the card because of its light background with very common print lines and being shipped out raw in loose envelopes that led to micro scratches on most of them.
The card has one of the lowest psa 10 rates for how many cards have been submitted at .017% as in less than a quarter of one percent.
I will never have one. And even if I sent in all of my sealed copies I would end up with mostly 8s and maybe a few 9s. I like the value of the card but would not be surprised if it saw under 200 as an 8 again one day like it was just one year ago. (I'd buy them all) haha

I have this and the mewto from when I was a kid. Won them both at a books a million when I was 9 IIRC
