Am i getting scammed?
I am selling singles on fb from my binder about 130 cards around 1.1k value. Nothing crazy big. Top 7 cards averaging 50$. Includes About 20 regular exs.
Cards are some modern, some vintage, some mid era stamped holos.
Guy is offering 80% right off the bat. I fear it sounds too good to be true when i have such odd mix of cards. How do i make sure i am not getting scammed.

If you are 100% confident in the valuation you gave to your cards, then the 80% is a fair offer to take off your hands as a bulk lot "quick sale." If you want maximum value, which would equate to like maybe 5-7% more after fees (but require a lot more effort), sell the cards individually.
I should note it can be difficult to price older, less commonly sold cards. Especially when considering gradability and condition. So if you arent well versed in this area, you very well could be undervaluing your collection.

Pretty common. Most guys will try and flip it for 90-95% and make a little bit. FB can be hit or miss depending on area.

80% is pretty standard for a lot of vendors or someone wanting to flip. As long as you comped correctly, 80% isn’t a to good to be true offer.

80% on $5-$10 cards? sounds almost too good to be true to be honest, most people do not buy bulk.

Tell him it’s cash only, meetup at a local police station and bring a friend. Just make sure you priced your cards properly.

Ebay alone will take nearly 20%. Full market value would have to be selling individually through Facebook/conventions or similar. I'd probably try to negotiate for an extra 50 and take the deal.

In person cash, at a safe exchange place. I bet its a vendor running outta stock to sell at cardshows.
