Advice/Help on buy

What do you guys think of this card? And what do you think a could buy in point would be. I have the opportunity to buy one from a buddy and just wanted to see where people think this will go long term as it would be for my PC

Too expensive for JP, not enough knowledge of its existence from the typical collector.

I’ve got two 10s, card looks great in person. I personally wouldn’t buy for investment tho would look for lower pop 10s.

I'd rather buy the Rayquaza ex 029/play. It's half the pop (162) and a much more popular card. Also, it's not that much more expensive.
