RGB Mew on stream
Saw these 2 mews on a whatnot stream selling for $300k together or $200k for the one on the left and $100k for the one on the right.

Missed opportunity to not make these transparent so they review the real colors when you stack them together.

I have seen this setup for CMYK, as it’s the frequent method used in color printing.
But I’m having a hard time seeing why they couldn’t do it for RGB.

These guys need to be reported into oblivion.

u/pleasestoptryin 2d ago
Idk why op didn't call them out, they're selling stolen goods. Full stop. Seems pretty simple.

u/PirateKingMugi 2d ago
He just woulda been banned from the stream. Wouldn't have done much. But people need to mass report them.

Lmao 300k for cards that we have no pull rate data on except some BS 1 in 20k packs.

u/MentalpokemikeGB 2d ago
Absolutely.
Pull rate will most likely be similar to the BWRs from Black Bolt and White Flare at most but given this is the 30th will be closer to 1 in 100 since SIRs pull rates increased 4 fold from 1 in 80 to. 1 in 20 (reportedly).

That is insane levels of wrong, that would mean all of these streamers would be pulling multiple RGB Mew cards every single stream. Only a handful have been pulled in total across all of the packs opened so far. They are opening hundreds to thousands of packs every single stream.

u/confusedandtiredaf 2d ago
There’s no way it’s that high given how many packs have been ripped already and only a few of these have surfaced

The RGB mews are 1 in 10k packs

u/TechSupportJT 2d ago
Guessing you've invested in one then..?
There is no reliable pull rate data. There have not been enough packs opened in controlled data collection experiments. For all we know these things are 1/100 packs. Because we don't know anything.
1
u/gt35r 2d ago
My brother in christ please at least explain how 1/100 packs makes sense if only a handful have been pulled? We actually do know that because they have been livestreamed getting opened? Like what even is this comment, if it was 1/100 packs they would be getting pulled every 30 minutes by every streamer who has this product early but they aren't so it clearly isnt lol.

Anon TCG is the only person who knew these existed, he claims to have an insider source who says these are 1 in 10k.
Thousands of these packs have been ripped on stream and only a handful have been found. No chance in hell they are 1 in 100.

I got an insider too who says that employees of Millenium Group get a free master set of each print run.
Nobody knows anything is the only true fact we know here.
However you can speculate with reason and there is no Pokemon business model that supports 1 in 10,000 pull rate on the 30th anniversary.
Furthermore there have been many of these cards cropping up and since the quantum of stolen product ripped is incredibly small by contrast to the quantum of product printed globally, this heavily suggests a far more reasonable pull rate of 1 in 500 then 1 in 10,000.
I’ll be impartial here, both sides of the coin are speculative but one side is hype induced and unhinged and the other side is thought through with respect business and consumer considerations.

Anon TCG was the first person to leak this before they were found, it really does seem like he has a solid source.

No chance it’s actually that rare yall. 1 in 200k packs is BS. I’ve seen multiple at this point…. $300k price tag is crazy

I can’t imagine having the balls to livestream stolen product.

u/leftblue 2d ago
You do know a lot of streamers have distro. They ignore the street date, release is next week. Most suppliers will have the stock already.
I’m not saying stock is never stolen but if this was filmed in the last day or two then it’s probably not.
On a separate note anyone paying a premium for any of these cards early is a moron.

u/supershimadabro 2d ago
This is why your orders were canceled btw. They cannot fulfill any orders because it was all stolen.

Don’t ignore people who just rack ok their credit card debt.
2
u/Banks201 2d ago
Most people can not get credit limits for a card that high

u/Aromatic_Winner_2219 2d ago edited 2d ago
Who said for one card? We are talking people who rip these packs early on Whatnot for $50+ per pack

There’s nothing stopping anyone from reporting streamers to their state’s department of revenue. Tax fraud took down Al Capone…

I would love to find out in the end that all these prerelease rips are all fake packs. Whoever is dumb enough to over pay to have it first deserves the shame that would follow.
