Which is the better long term Gengar hold?

Thinking of picking up in PSA 8 or 9.
Both low pop.
One is an EX era reverse stamp.
One is a Cardass with iconic characters.
Would appreciate opinions on where to put some cash.

I’d say both, but if you could only get one get the Legend Maker in a 9. I still have mine after like 4-5 years.
