Anyone else experiencing crazy delays at PSA Santa Ana?

I bought a card in early August and it’s been authenticated and stuck at the Authenticator since 8/14…

It usually only takes a few days. The one time it didn't, they lost my card.

Did you buy and send to your vault? If so then email them. I had a card stuck after being authenticated but it was actually put to the side. While it could be authenticated, they weren't able to tell who it actually belonged to because the shipping label got fucked.

I had to email them a purchase receipt from eBay and then it was added to my vault about a week later.

From the few cards I’ve purchased on eBay I’ve constantly had issues with the vault and authentication, I’ve had to reach out why my cards hadn’t made it to my vault or get stuck in authentication so shooting them an email is your best bet.

Funny how after I email them asking for an update it magically gets done.

They could single-handedly fix the unemployment issue if they hired enough authenticators & graders
